Data Analytics & Wrangling

With moderate supervision, the Data Analytics & Wrangling Specialist works to develops standards and best practices for data access and integration within Equifax’s new Big Data analytical platforms.

What you'll do

  • Analyze internal and external data assets in consultation with internal stakeholders with moderate complexity and which have a moderate impact on customer’s business. 

  • Follows processes to create metrics to track the ongoing quality of Equifax data. 

  • Executes investigative data analyses of limited complexity in response to business requests. 

  • Reviews metrics for anomalies and performs analysis to determine cause, and work with stakeholders to implement corrective measures. 

  • Analyzes new sources of data to quantify quality, uniqueness, coverage and overlap with Equifax sources. 

  • Collaborates extensively with Data, Analytics, and Technology Leads to ensure the seamless consumption of insights generated from Equifax’s new Big Data analytical platform.

What experience you need

  • A higher level education degree in a related field

  • At least 1 year of related experience in data analytics, wrangling, or visualization.
