What You’ll Do

Write efficient and maintainable code

Responsible for maintaining codebase quality of the project including but not limited to performing code reviews of other developer’s work

Provide technical training and/or mentorship to Junior development staff

Prototype newer technologies in a sandbox environment

Lead the team to integrate test driven development and automated quality assurance testing
What experience you need
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, software engineering or computer science and 3-6 years of technical experience in software design and product support

Minimum of 5 year experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Product Architects, Developers, Test Engineers)

The individual in this position will be responsible for guiding global teams on the technical design and implementation of Analytical platforms in GCP using cloud native technology stack.

Experience of 3+ years with SQL, Python, Java, Spring, Spring Boot,
-
Experience with streaming frameworks, e.g. Flink, Spark Streaming, Kafka

Experience with REST API services using Java
-
Experience with deploying high availability, high performance, multi-regional, multi-data center cloud applications
What could set you apart

Experience working in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)

Strong skills with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Bamboo, Ansible, HELM charts etc.

Solid understanding of SDLC - requirement gathering to development to maintenance.

Excellent analytical and design skills at multiple product level, excellent skills in research and analysis, project planning and implementation

Experience with business intelligence tools like tableau
