What you’ll do:
As a Salesforce administrator (SA) you will be responsible for analyzing requests and proposing Salesforce solutions. You will also be supporting the end user on-boarding process to drive product adoption. SAs will develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive the successful set up and ongoing maintenance of the Salesforce platform. SAs will be accountable for configuration of the Salesforce platform, coordinating user acceptance testing and QA. SA will be building reports, dashboards, and workflows. SA will be managing users, data, and security.
SAs will troubleshoot and manage end to end issue resolution and create requirements & user stories. You will also review business rules with the business stakeholders to refine requirements. SAs will work with business to ensure data is clean and maintained. SAs will provide deployment, project and change management support to business users.
What are we looking for?
Must have Salesforce Admin Certifications.
Min 3yrs of previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to a range of different audiences
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders, internally and externally
Excellent problem solving skills and strong understanding of Salesforce customization and configuration
