Synopsis of the role
The Business Analyst is responsible for analysis and evaluation of business problems, identifying the needs and strategies with supporting recommendations to maximize opportunities.
Assignments typically include problem definition, evaluation of requirements, recommendation and implementation of solutions to meet business.
What you’ll do

Collaboration with business, IT, Operations and other internal stakeholders and subject matter experts. Interviews end users and subject matter experts to obtain and document the detailed business requirements for projects.

Identifies and addresses operational, financial and technological risks within the business.

Manage tools (for road mapping, prototyping, etc.) that the product team uses

Redesigns business processes and builds the documentation needed for new technology processes, governance structures and/or solution delivery

Combines understanding of IT and business processes to recommend solutions to support overall business objectives.

Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders.

Advocate best practices in tools and processes

Establishes KPI’s and related reporting models
What experience you need
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline

2-4+ years of experience of business analysis experience
-
Experience developing use cases, supplementary requirements, Business process modelling and business rules

Strong knowledge of desktop productivity tools, ideally G Suite
-
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing

Guide and mentor junior business analysts.

Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Atlassian Confluence
