Transformation Manager

As Transformation Manager you will work with change functions (change, design, tech) and delivery partners/stakeholders to build an integrated change delivery capability that better supports business needs. You will be responsible for shaping, planning and delivering a transformational change agenda, to ensure optimal business outcomes and cost-effective operating model.

Working across business functions you will review and improve processes, resources, systems and structures, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency whilst developing and implementing an organisational structure & practice, aligned with business vision and goals.

You will engage with key stakeholders and the business to ensure end user experience is considered, ensuring full training requirements are understood (including behavioural considerations), to increase adoption and advocacy for business transformation and change. 

What you'll do

  • Lead change management efforts by partnering with Project Managers, Training, and Client Services to deliver solutions

  • Cultivate cross-functional relationships to gain understanding of business process, challenges, and dependencies

  • Continually evaluate existing technology, processes, procedures, and data usage to understand impact on clients

  • Research internal and external best practices to recommend transformative solution impact

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (technology, legal, compliance, security) to evaluate feasibility of solutions

What experience you'll need

  • Strong project management experience with proven success managing project deliverables, stakeholders, and vendors

  • Good experience in analyst, project management, or process improvement/ change management

  • Good evidence of leading projects with multiple business partners across multiple locations or geographies

What could set you apart

  • Background in a customer centric environment 

  • Have led large scale internal transformation projects

  • Experience with a financial/ regulated environment
