Appriss Insights, an Equifax Company, seeks qualified candidates to lead a team dedicated to its flagship service, VINE (Victim Information and Notification Everyday). VINE saves lives and keeps communities safe by helping to ensure safety to crime victims and survivors on a national scale.  Once every second and over 25 million times a year, VINE sends an alert to a registered user.

What you’ll do

  • The General Manager will further VINE’s mission and legacy.

  • Building on VINE’s 28+ year history the General Manager will oversee the daily business activities, improve business functions to support the users of VINE, co-develop strategic plans that support Insights’ overall business goals, communicate vision/business goals and fully support Equifax Workforce Solutions Shared Values.

What experience you need 

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a versatile leader of organizations possessing business acumen and empathy/passion for societal needs.

  • Experience in influencing and negotiating behaviors, working through conflicts, skillfully creating the best possible outcomes.

  • Illustrate experience in aligning complex work through current/past teams which may be applied to VINE Interface Management, Business Product Management and Client Relations Support for long term stability.

What could set you apart

  • Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience working with solely or a combination of the following:

    • with or within state government agencies

    • criminal justice system

    • victim advocacy

  • Background in collaborating within the field of data/technology.

  • This position requires full engagement without burnout. Knowing what you love to do, choosing nothing less.

  • Proven alignment with current/past mission/goal. Understanding that purpose led services inherently provide the freedom to not tell people what to do, but why.

  • Describing what problems have you solved that the experience would further VINE’s mission, intent and legacy.
