The Senior Collections Analyst will be in charge of the analysis of complex delinquent customer issues, develop solutions and implement action plans to resolve delinquencies in a timely and effective manner.  Providing customer service regarding collections issues, prepare reports, process refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts- Customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos. Enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process. Must communicate & follow up effectively with sales dept. regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.  

What you’ll do:

  • Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts. Follow-up on customer past due balances appropriately.

  • Ensure all analysis, reconciliations, and management reporting is prepared accurately by deadlines.

  • Prepare and analyze aging reports. Work on month end closing activities. 

  • Coordinate Training process for New Hire. Keep SOP collections updated. 

  • Coordinate with Billing disputes resolutions for collections department

  • Drive collections calls with sales Leaders. 

What experience you need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Collector

  • Vocational training, internships, or equivalent experience.

  • 90% knowledge of Excel skills

  • English and Spanish fluency B2/C1
