Trabaja de la mano con el equipo de Finanzas para la construcción de los presupuestos salariales y Forecast de los gastos relacionados con la compensación anual.
Elabora KPIS de compensaciones.
What you’ll do

Seguimiento y control de Headcount

Elaboración de KPIS de compensaciones

Elaboración de propuestas salariales

Elaboración de Simuladores comisionales

Cálculo de comisiones a la fuerza de ventas

Elaboración de Budget salarial (anual) y Forecast salarial (mensual)
What experience you need
-
Bachiller o egresado de las carreras de Ing. Industrial, Administración, Economía , Contabilidad o afines.

3 a 5 años de experiencia en compensaciones en el rubro de empresas transnacionales.

Excel nivel avanzado
-
Ingles a nivel Intermedio
-
Dominio de herramientas Gsuitea a nivel usuario
