Synopsis of the role: 

As a Project Manager - Infrastructure & Compliance, you will manage the execution of key projects and programs by the Technology organization. This position is responsible for working with Technology leadership and business stakeholders to design, implement, and manage IT projects across the company and is essential to the successful execution of a portfolio of projects and programs that span various lines of businesses.

As a member of the Technology Planning & Execution team, you will be part of a team of project management professionals performing project and program related implementation tasks and distributing workload based on employee bandwidth, capability, and business prioritization. The Technology Planning & Execution team is also accountable for the Technology intake and prioritization process.

What you’ll do: 

  • Working closely with different teams to identify, come up with solutions and an implementation plan to increase efficiencies and ensure a quality delivery

  • Managing stakeholders, budgets, briefings and reporting

  • Ensuring the efficiency of important aspects of the project and program management processes such as planning, scheduling, and budget and risk assessment

What experience you need: 

  • 5+ years of IT experience

  • 3+ years of project management experience

  • 3+ years of experience working on large, cross-functional projects

  • 2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment

  • 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office suite of tools (i.e. Word, Project, Excel, Visio, etc.)
