Implementation Consultant

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for the timely processing and review of incoming client data files.  Working directly with internal and external stakeholders, you will be monitoring data and production on our clients cases.

What you’ll do

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chats using support ticketing applications in a fast-paced environment. Validate/complete and document requested data through phone, fax, or email contact.

  • Interface and communicate with both clients and other external stakeholders in person, over the phone, and/or in written communications.

  • Analyze client data seeking the source of inaccuracies. Load data into test and a production environment. Review historical data in a production environment. Transcribe IVR request to process Employment Data Reports.

  • Monitor email accounts in order to ensure manual Employment Data Report requests are handled within departmental service levels. Responsible for the timely processing and review of incoming client data files.

  • Maintain quality control review of client deliverables and assure quality by performing quality assurance steps on processed data.

  • Research client files to locate the source of inaccuracies, while maintaining data integrity. Effectively work with client to understand what data is being transmitted in their files.

What experience you need

  • BA or BS preferred.

  • Preferred 2-3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Preferred customer service experience.

  • Preferred experience with SaaS applications. 

  • Preferred experience within contact center environment.

  • Understanding of PC functions, including Windows-based applications and ability to learn/understand internal Verification Services technology/systems
