As the AP/AR Analyst you will work on a collaborative team of Accounting professionals to support the invoice tracking of all vendors.

What You'll Do:

Handle vendor relations and accounts payable management for US acquisitions

Support acquired companies in Vendor, AP, and Procurement related activities

Collect and submit vendor invoices for approval and processing

Maintain vendor tracking spreadsheets

Coordinate activities with Finance and Procurement teams

Research and respond to vendor questions

Work with AP department in Costa Rica to ensure that vendors are properly set up and invoices are paid
What Experience You Need:
- 2+ years AP/AR experience
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field of study
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
What Could Set You Apart:
- Intermediate Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas)
- Bilingual in Spanish Preferred by not necessary
