The Business Transformation Leader is responsible for planning, monitoring and managing internal projects and programs. Activities may include process and project identification, planning and execution. Secures required resources, uses formal processes, tools and methodologies to manage project / program resources, budgets, risks and changes. Manages projects to ensure on-time completions according to specification and budget costs or manages enterprise programs to ensure program meets desired objectives or identifies opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency and enable increased growth.

What you’ll do 

  • Drive execution and strategy of the program, which spans across multiple functional areas, large Business Unit’s, regions or the enterprise.  

  • Perform program risk management and identify and implement risk resolution remedies.

  • Monitor and communicate program measures of success, plans, status, issues and risks in a timely manner to team members, stakeholders and senior level management.

  • Define program controls and governance – processes, procedures, reporting and policies – to manage the overall program.

  • Direct resources, stakeholders and deliverables aligned across multiple interdependent projects within the program.

  • Ensure program deliverables align to the program’s desired outcome and supports business initiatives and strategies.

  • Identify industry best practices and recommend program updates or changes as needed to ensure program success.

  • Travel possible 15% of the time


What experience you need 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 5 Year(s) in project management, demand planning, execution or related strategic or operational initiatives

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Excellent communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

  • Proven ability to prioritize, analyze issues, and make timely decisions

What could set you apart

  • Project Manager Certification

  • Experience working with leadership or C-Level executives

  • Familiarity with Google Suite
