Senior Financial Analyst

You will be a true player coach managing all day to day finance operations fro the Sales teams revenue. Building and presenting the budgets, forecasts and managing the Controllership of business outcomes, you and your direct reports will be the operational drivers of FP&A functions

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a close partner to the Sales team for the Financial Institution vertical on a wide range of financial areas by proactively working with the broader USIS Finance team (FP&A, Pricing, Accounting)

  • Review the vertical revenue trends and proactively follow up on specific outliers. Compare trends to industry dynamics and competitors’ performance to provide actionable insights

  • Actively participate in pipeline calls to understand paths to go-get closure and articulate risk and opportunities to management

  • Support the Sales leaders in the understanding of deals/partnerships profitability partnering with Product and Pricing

  • Lead the annual budgeting process for the vertical driving alignment between Sales channels and Corporate objectives.

  • Partner with HR to perform headcount reviews aligning business priorities to budget constraints

What Experience You Need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, in Finance, Economy or Accounting fields preferred

  • MBA or equivalent preferred

  • 5+ years of financial reporting, modeling, forecasting and due diligence 

  • 2+ years overseeing, leading or managing others

  • Prior experience in a combination of Hyperion, S Base, Oracle and/or Tableau
