Data Load Analyst

Insights, An Equifax Company, is seeking to hire a Data Load Analyst to perform as the first line of defense on a 24/7 technical support team. The Analyst will take appropriate action towards resolving system and network problems as they occur. Investigate and respond to system and network issues while minimizing the impact on customer service. Follow processes and procedures to escalate issues as required. Issue service interruption reports to requisite government agencies as required.

What you’ll do

  • You will work with our customers and clients troubleshoot networking problems and input data and client information.

  • Experience troubleshooting application processes.

  • Database analysis tools.

  • Customer service role supporting Windows or Linux based applications.

What experience you need

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Two years of experience working in an IT capacity

What could set you apart

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in computer science or IT or equivalent experience

  • Experience with SQL, Oracle, Linux, basic networking, Network , A , Linux , CCNA, MCSE, Six Sigma and/or ITIL/ITSM

  • Call center experience or customer service experience preferred

  • Computer Sciences degree or equivalent experience

  • Support Center/Call Center experience preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills
