As the Delivery Lead you will manage complex, cross functional technical projects and development work, delivering multiple outcomes and dependencies across multiple Delivery Squads and Teams, internal and external to IT.

What you’ll do

  • Delivery management of:

    • Product Owner

    • Senior Technical Lead

    • Scrum Master

    • Development squads

  • Formulation and delivery of a clear purpose for the Delivery Squads and Teams based on the Product/Solution Strategy and client needs including development of the roadmap defined by the Product Manager / Product Owner

  • Ensure all development meets contractual commitments, service delivery agreed SLAs and standards - drive the adoption of Build it, Own it, Run it

  • Interaction with the US managing and ensuring timely product delivery globally 

What experience you need 

  • Strong experience of Agile, having delivered multiple outcomes and dependencies across multiple Delivery Squads and Teams, internal and external to IT

  • Strong experience of other mythologies such as Waterfall

  • Good experience working in product delivery environment

  • Good experience of IT transformation projects i.e. migration to cloud technologies

  • Good experience of client and stakeholder interaction including face to face presentations and the ability to understand a client’s requirements

  • Good experience of owning, fixing and delivering suitable solutions 

What could set you apart

  • Experience in financial services

  • Relevant training or qualifications in Agile or Waterfall
