Digital Innovation Leader

The Digital Innovation Leader is an expert and  influential change agent who will own the innovation agenda for the Digital COE under the Corporate Marketing & Strategy Office. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in architecting Global site strategies, designing compelling digital experiences across complex customer journeys, and effective digital “storytelling”. This leader will work closely with marketing leaders in each of the company’s three business units and Corporate COEs  to design and implement digital strategies and capabilities that “optimize for the whole”

What You'll Do:

  • Lead strategy and execution to enable compelling digital customer experiences across complex B2B buyer journeys 

  • Design, articulate, evangelize and implement a holistic web content strategy that substantially improves digital engagement and site conversion 

  • Own  global site strategies and architecture with a heavy focus on optimization and rationalization of systems, processes and technologies

  • Serve as an expert digital consultant to various BU marketing and sales teams in support of demand generation and customer acquisition initiatives

  • Partner heavily with Brand, Communications, Web Experience and Content teams to amplify the “One Equifax” and “Only Equifax” value stories through owned, earned and paid digital channels

  • Develop, articulate and implement an industry leading Search Engine Marketing program

  • Define and drive the vision and strategy for personalization across all digital channels 

  • Develop compelling business cases, build cross-functional consensus and secure funding 

  • Provide guidance to marketing technology and analytics teams on deployment of web intelligence solutions; gather and disseminate actionable insights and recommendations 

  • Build effective frameworks and engagement models for continuous coordination, collaboration and communication between all relevant stakeholder groups

  • Lead an enterprise digital project management function that establishes standards, processes and workflows without sacrificing organizational agility

  • Improve Equifax positioning and influence in digital marketing communities

Experience You Need:

  • 10+ years of digital performance marketing management experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar field; MBA preferred

  • 7+ years direct experience with digital, analytics and marketing technologies 

  • Prior experience working in a highly-matrixed organizational environment managing multiple priorities in a fluid environment

  • Prior experience developing digital channel strategy

  • Willingness to roll-up sleeves to get the work done; enthusiastic and positive

What Sets You Apart:

  • Experience with SFDC and Pardot 

  • Prior experience owning corporate strategy for marketing technology
