Integration Support Analyst

We are looking for a talented Integration Support Analyst to deploy code changes requested by Systems Integration Analysts.

What you’ll do

  •  Perform audits and tests of code changes in accordance with test plans and procedures

  •  Identify actual or potential problems in test plans or products and work on resolving them

  •  Research data anomalies and distinguish between data source issues and/or interface issues

  • Proactively review data variances and sync data between Appriss and agencies

  • Manage special projects that consist of implementing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging VINE and JusticeXchange suite of products  

What experience you need

  • Associate degree in computer science, computer information systems or a related field or equivalent experience

  • 2 years experience analyzing data including error analysis and resolution involving internal and/or external customers 

What could set you apart

  • Understanding of JavaScript, Perl or another commonly known programming language

  • Basic SQL knowledge with ability to run and/or modify existing queries 

  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, excellent analytical ability

  • Experience with multiple platforms; including mainframe and client/server

  • Experience deploying hardware and software for production applications

  • Ability to maintain confidential information and communications

  • Experience working on high profile project tasks 

  • Experience working independently and handling multiple priorities
