French Customer Support Representative (Dispute Resolution)

Customer Support Agents will be responsible for complying with the consumer’s requests to deliver quality output and assure on-time project completion and superior customer service.He/she will work in a collaborative team environment to achieve these results. Some of the objectives of this new role are to deliver Back Office duties. 

What you’ll do

  •  Resolving consumers’ issues related

  •   Collaborate with peers and other departments to determine project requirements

  •   Initiate and resolve all research needed to provide the most precise information to the consumer

  •   Maintain complete and accurate client and project information

  •   Establish clear accountability and responsibility for each task assigned

What experience you need 

  • Fluent in French, both oral and written (B2+/C1)

  • English A2 or B1 (reading and writing)

  • Previous call center experience
