Marketing Technology Quality Assurance Analyst

Prepare test cases, test scripts, and test data. Develop and plan for system changes so as to execute tests to ensure that system changes comply with the specifications and that system functionality is not affected. Execute tests and evaluate results.  Document and report problems found during testing. 

What you’ll do

  • Partner with MarTech and B2B dev tech teams to test end-to-end Pardot features and enhancements

  • Interpret technical and business strategy roadmaps and apply a detailed technical solution in Pardot

  • Partner with the MarTech team on data cleansing, data integrity, interpretation, and storytelling of data.

  • Help implement Pardot's best practices across various departments and process flows

  • Partner with the tech team to present ALM Toll Gates for QA

What experience you need:

  • 1+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM

  • 1+ years of experience in QA/testing

  • Strong English communication skills (B2-C1 level BELT)

  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills

  • Experience with marketing automation, segmentation, and drip campaigns

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

  • Salesforce Certification (Pardot Specialist, Admin, Developer, Advanced Administrator)
