Kount, an Equifax Company, is looking for a full-time Web Developer to join the Revenue Operations team. This person will be responsible for coding, user experience, and layout of and other related websites. In addition to the creation and maintenance of, they will play a key role in developing other digital marketing assets such as Marketo email templates, landing pages, etc. The Web Developer must be able to work independently and as part of a team, working closely with multiple marketing team members to turn website visitors into qualified leads

What you’ll do

  •   Maintain website and related sites

  •  Develop, analyze and optimize landing page experiences to improve conversions

  •  Update and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic

  •  A/B test and continually improve website performance and user experience

  •  Collaborate with team members to innovate on digital materials for marketing campaigns

  •  Create and maintain responsive, adaptive, and mobile-friendly websites and emails

  •  Establish key metrics and reporting to show site performance

  •  Third party API and marketing automation software integration

  •  Keep current with best practices for engagement, design/development, and user experience

What experience you need 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in web programming and digital asset creation

  • Minimum of 3 years experience using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript

  • Minimum 1 year experience A/B testing for effectiveness of design, user performance, and lead conversion


What could set you apart

  • Proficient using WordPress, Advanced Custom Fields, Git repositories, Gulp, Pagely hosting, PHP, SCSS, and Bootstrap CSS framework

  • Familiarity with Command Line Tools, such as git, gulp and ssh

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining deadlines

  • Strong analytical skills as well as verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience using Salesforce

  • Graphic Design skills
