Professional Services Consultant-IFC

The Professional Services Consultant is responsible for providing planning, functional design, deployment, and account management activities for enterprise product offerings and integrated solutions. Consult with internal teams and clients to facilitate effective process design and confirmation of client expectations. Address client questions, resolve problems, and provide general issue management. Apply project management methodologies to ensure that project progress and delivery align with commitments.

What you’ll do:

  • Work as project coordinator in order to communicate the customer’s business and risk needs to internal and external resources involved in the design and implementation of project  

  • Expert and go-to person on customer solutions for several key clients including Fidelity, Ameriprise, UBS and Securities America

  • Lead status meetings with internal and external stakeholders to manage action items, deliverables and project schedules

  • Create and manage project plans to ensure all resources and tasks are on track and within scope

  • Proactively acquire knowledge of Equifax products and processing across different Business Units and departments in order to gain insight into customer’s overall business strategy

  • Use knowledge of Equifax products and solutions in order to consult with customer and sales team for potential growth opportunities and to identify process improvements

  • Work with sales and legal on contract writing and pricing agreements including Statements of Work and Requests for Pricing

  • Facilitate discovery and design sessions with customer to gather, document and implement business and technical requirements

What experience you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • 5+ years experience in customer facing role

  • Knowledge of electronic file transmission (FTP, SFTP, PGP encryption, other)

  • Experience in business analysis and business/solution/product/software requirements development/quality assurance and control

  • Experience in a technical role or position that required technical support/knowledge

  • Experience with compliance & regulatory requirements
