The Program Manager, USIS Strategic Initiatives program manager position will provide support to the US Information Services Business Unit, driving implementation and providing consistent communication of the initiatives approved and assigned by the SVP Strategic Initiatives.
What you'll do
This role will manage highly complex, cross functional programs including activities such as timelines, resources, documentation and tracking, performing risk management analysis and monitoring
Communicating program measures of success to include plans, status, issues and risks in a timely manner to team members, stakeholders and senior management.
This job is accountable for leading initiatives which would include business programs from ideation to execution, partnership with cross functional teams to roll out new organization models, strategies, business processes, new products and systems across business lines and driving change management across the overall effort.
Monitoring progress against goals and key metrics, compiling project reporting packages for the USIS leadership team, communicating and leading project teams as required to perform the responsibilities of the position.
What experience you'll need
Minimum 6 years in program management leading strategic initiatives from ideation to execution
Minimum Bachelors degree
Minimum 4 years experience communicating and partnering with senior leadership
