As our Senior Project Manager you will manage all aspects of various projects of a complex nature and/or medium size initiatives. Assemble project team, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedule to ensure timely completion of project.

You’ll identify critical capabilities, project resources, budgets and critical path issues and reports to project sponsors/project team and ensure project activities and timelines as well as budgets are met.

What you’ll do

  •  Lead cross-functional teams in planning and delivering product releases and/ or business changes

  • Facilitate the production of the business case with the support of subject matter experts from across the business, then take responsibility for ensuring the benefits are delivered within the agreed costs and timescales

  • Structure an appropriate and effective level of project governance in order to manager stakeholders across the business (IT, marketing, product, analytics, finance, operations and sales) including senior stakeholder management up to Executive level

  • Introducing project governance where needed in collaboration with other areas of Equifax, including the Programme Management Office, Technology,  Innovations Group, Sales, Product, and Marketing

  • Manage internal and external suppliers to ensure delivery to required standards

  • Demonstrate control of delivery to stakeholders throughout a complex matrix environment, across international boundaries

What experience you need  

  • Strong experience of  leading high-profile, complex projects in technology delivery (budgets in excess of £1m)

  • Strong ability to deliver product and business change

  • Intermediate experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders across multiple locations/geographies

  • Good experience of managing 3rd Party Suppliers and resources

  • Good experience utilizing analytics to resolve business problems/issues
