The Analytics Reporting Specialist helps drive critical team decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports. They will be responsible to communicate results to managers and provide insight based on their findings. As a Reporting Specialist, you must have proficient skills on Microsoft Excel, Jira, among other software programs. Analytics Reporting Specialist must have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time well. The ability to effectively communicate the results of your analysis is critical.

What you’ll do

  • Design and maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy for the administrative processes.

  • Monitor data extracted from project management software, to detect deviations.

  • Create administrative reports that provide insight into key data points for the team and communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers.

  • Support to administrative processes for the department and team members.

What experience you need  

  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts (2 years).

  • Ability to use Jira (6 months) and Workday (6 months), and make reports .

  • Advance students or recently graduated of Administrative and Management Subjects.

  • Experience and/or knowledge in administration/management of data science projects will be valued (1 year).
