Full Stack Java Developer - Intermediate


  The Full Stack Java Developer is essential to maintaining adherence to architectural standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc. The Full Stack Java Developer position is responsible for creating and consuming REST, JSON-based APIs.

What you’ll do

  • Solve unique and complex problems with a broad impact on the business

  • Build large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives

  • Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences

  • Deploy and maintain Applications / Systems

  • Working with product owners, UX, and other business partners to define work for the team

  • Facilitating code reviews, code quality checks, testing, automation, etc. Ensure integrated end-to-end design

  • Guide and mentor junior developers in developing code and workflow procedures, and conduct code reviews.

What experience you need 

  • 3 + years as a Full-stack developer with experience in server-side frameworks for REST API ( JAVA / Spring / Spring Cloud / Hibernate / SpringBoot Microservices) and knowledge on client-side JavaScript frameworks (preferably Angular, TypeScript), Node.JS, NPM.

  • 1+ years of experience working with Cloud environments (GCP or AWS)

  • 1+ years of experience with databases(Postgres, Oracle, MySQL, or similar) and NoSQL databases(MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4J, or similar)

  • Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher level BELT)

What could set you apart

  • DevOps experience (is a plus)

  • Experience with API Frameworks (APIGEE) (is a plus)

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies

  • Experience in UNIX or Linux (is a plus)

  • Experience with CSS preprocessors (Less, sass) - (is a plus)

  • Knowledge of Domain Driven Design concepts and microservices (is a plus)

  • Familiar with secure development best practices (is a plus)

  • Knowledge of Security principles (Encryption, Authentication/Authorization, etc) (is a plus)
