Sr. Fulfillment Associate

The Sr. Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for the execution of all fulfillment related activities associated with the delivery of low to high complexity custom solutions. This position is accountable for overseeing the processing and shipment of high quality fulfillment deliverables and providing superior customer service while working in a collaborative team environment. 

What you’ll do:

  •  The Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for the execution of all fulfillment related activities associated with the delivery of low to high complexity custom solutions. 

  • This position is accountable for overseeing the processing and shipment of high quality fulfillment deliverables and providing superior customer service while working in a collaborative team environment.

  • Responsibilities include driving execution across the project lifecycle of customer solutions with the goal of ensuring 100% accuracy and the on time delivery of data back to the customer. The person will also be responsible for analyzing and understanding customer specifications in order to design and implement the most efficient data processing based on system capabilities.  

  • The person will collaborate with their Fulfillment Lead, and other Fulfillment Analysts along with our team of Professional Sales Consultants (PSCs) in order to create and/or run fulfillment jobs for our clients.  Troubleshooting, participating in problem management and resolving client impacting issues will be ongoing.

  • The Fulfillment Analyst position is a full time position with extended hours as required to meet customer expectations.

What experience you need: 

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred.

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience is required.

  • 2- 3 years of working knowledge in SQL is required.  In addition, experience with Linux and/or other programming languages is desired.  

What could set you apart:

  • Prior experience with the creation of complex datasets and their QA, general knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and/or Agile practices, or previous Data Quality experience.
