Equifax Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced business leader responsible for implementing and managing the day to day operations of the  Global Finance Lead to Cash systems.    The Finance Operations Program Manager integrates strategic thinking, problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration to execute on the technical demand that drives business results and scalability through the GTM systems. This role will utilize past experience to analyze business needs and partner with business teams to recommend and drive cross functional growth initiatives across the business and finance operations.  

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with multiple levels of business stakeholders across functional areas to define business needs and desired business processes, including process owners, managers and end users to ultimately deliver a world class lead to cash experience for our Sales users

  • Identify strategies to rationalize and transform disparate business processes and data to establish enterprise processes and data model by having a deep understanding of business objectives to ensure outcomes effectively meet strategic and tactical needs

  • Responsible for the continued design and successful collaborative implementation of the CPQ functional and technical processes and analyze the current state and effectiveness of business processes and implement solutions to automate and improve efficiency

  • Lead a team that will develop business requirements, write the business stories, define business rules, create optimization and strategies and work with the development teams to communicate and develop solutions as new enterprise systems and enhancements are introduced 

  • Manage development aspects of the requested changes to the current technology stack and be the 'go to' person for implementation of changes to the installed technology platforms

  • Ensures that capabilities delivered align with original business objectives and requirements and participates in the development and helps drive the adherence to relevant standards, guidelines, and best practices 

  • Coordinate with developers and  project managers on project execution activities include agile sprint planning, project status updates and stakeholder communications, management of dependencies, mitigation of risks, and resolution of issues, with escalation as appropriate

  • Ability to retain, attract, develop and motivate key talent as we build the teams to scale  

  • Develop and coach continuously 

What experience you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline

  • 5+ years of specific lead to cash experience and ongoing transformation

  • 5+ years experience with business analysis and business process improvement, preferably in a high-growth enterprise SaaS environment

  • 5+ years experience with Integration platforms and integration with proprietary APIs

  • Strong experience in negotiating scope and priorities and balancing for successful outcomes with proven project leadership skills with the ability to define project timeline, prioritize tasks, delegate and multi-task, where necessary

  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholder groups with different objectives and priorities to achieve consensus, ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve complex problems, ability to identify and assess risks and define approaches to mitigate

  • Ability to identify and communicate issues, assess options to resolve and escalate appropriately with demonstrated ability to coach and mentor project managers

  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, ability to execute despite ambiguity and coach others through ambiguity

  • Exceptional work ethic, customer service and interpersonal skills as well as strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, strong knowledge of software design and deployment principles and knowledge about the Pricing discipline

  • Self-motivated, creative person with analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
