Client File Administrator - Fixed Term Contractor

As our new Client File Administrator at Equifax, you will form part of the data operations function, reporting into the Client Boarding Team Manager.

You will work closely with the wider data operations team helping to enable our clients to have access to our data and systems through the provisioning of account set up processes.

The role will see you utilise your excellent attention to detail to help provide a best in class service to our clients through your knowledge of all file transfer processes and procedures.  

Please note- this position would be a fixed term contract until December 31st 2022


What You'll Do:

  • To respond accurately and timely to all requests for new business or amendments to existing client accounts by telephone, email or workflow always aiming for resolution at first point of contact.

  • To co-ordinate with other stakeholders within the boarding process to ensure accuracy and speed of boarding; owning query through to resolution.

  • Assess and prioritise incoming workload to the department each day.

  • To monitor and approve requests in the Compliance Authorisation Inbox daily.

  • Daily quality control of Client File workloads, prioritising all high impact requests, including Pricing Requests and New Businesses. 

  • Working to a high standard of performance (Customer Service Quality, punctuality, attendance and flexibility etc).

What Experience You'll Need: 

  • Proven commercial experience within an office environment

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel

  • Experience of working alongside sales operations teams
