Technical Client Support Analyst (ACA)

Equifax is hiring Technical Client Support Analysts for our Affordable Care Act team in St. Louis (MO). The Affordable Care Act (ACA) product support analyst is responsible for supporting instances of the Affordable Care Act compliance solutions.  A support analyst is available to the clients to solve issues with the ACA products (ACAMS, Worxtime), and is responsible for monitoring ongoing data issues and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. A product support analyst has a deep understanding of the ACA software solutions as well as a broad understanding of the ACA regulations.

What you'll do:

  • Handle inbound issues via phone and email regarding the ACA product(s): Provide guidance on usage of the ACA product, answer questions regarding data specifications, resolve errors in the ACA product(s), assist with general diagnosis data problems and questions, and answer questions regarding product reporting

  • Monitor client instances for stale data warnings, and data validation errors, and work with the client to correct the error

  • Assist with SFTP and data encryptions questions & accurately document cases and document specification changes to client instances

  • Assist onboarding teams with ACAMS system issues and questions

  • Responsible for developing FAQ documentation for ACA products

  • Responsible for helping to improve ACA Community (online self-help resource)

  • Work with and, when necessary, route cases to internal teams – Data Load, WSS, CAA, and Tax Forms Group

What experience you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 2-3+ years' experience providing technical customer support

  • 1+ year experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

What could set you apart:

  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience with benefits management and/or the Affordable Care Act a plus

  • Basic knowledge of SQL
