Asset Management Governance
A qualified project manager that will partner with Asset Management Process Owner and Asset Management Team to govern key KPIs across business units. ServiceNow is our Asset Management Tool, that supports asset inventory and configuration management database. Qualified candidates should be familiar with ITIL/ITSM core processes, incidents, changes, problems, and assets.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with the Asset Management Process Owner
- Partner with the Asset Management Team (the execution team)
- Develop strategy w/ Asset Management core team (Process & Execution) to govern the environment
- Lead the Asset Management Governance Board
- Participate in internal audit findings
What experience you need:
- 5+ years of project management experience
- 2+ years of experience with ITIL or ITSM
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow
- English level B2 and above
