AP/AR Analyst - Senior

This position is intended to provide higher support to AP Department in terms of process escalation, non-routine requests like Audit Processes (internal and external). Be the SME for all AP Processes for further team members coaching and guidance. Responsible for AP US Government Processes (1099 & UCP). Among Others. The scope of responsibility for this job: Scope: To provide support to all regions Cost Rica Shared Services Center is providing Accounts Payable services (currently US, CA, UK, IE, AU, NZ, LATAM, IBERIA)

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for the AP Month End Module Reconciliation process

  • Coordinate internal and external Audit non routine and routine requests

  • Monitor invoice/payment/T&E/Help Desk queues processing across the team

  • support the 1099MISC and 1099NEC yearly process (US only)

  • Run various accounts payables reports. 

  • Effective follow up and administration of the issues sent to the country for review and correction

What experience do you need:

  • English B2+/C1

  • Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or related field

  • 3-4 years, +1 years’ experience in Senior AP positions

  • 3 - 4 years of working experience using Excel / Google sheets.
