Collections Junior Analyst

The Collections Analyst will be in charge of the analysis of delinquent customer issues, developing solutions, and implementing action plans to resolve delinquencies in a timely and effective manner. Providing customer service regarding collections issues, preparing reports, processing refunds, processing, and reviewing account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.

What you’ll do 

  • Accountable for reducing delinquency of assigned accounts
  • Follow-up on past-due due balances appropriately
  • Ensure all analysis, reconciliations, and reporting are prepared accurately by deadlines
  • Contact the customers as required by phone and email
  • Prepare and analyze aging reports

What experience you need  

  • 1 -2 years of excel experience (intermediate)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Collections
  • English proficiency (verbal and written), level B2 or C1

  • Oracle and Salesforce experience 
  • University student or graduate in a related career
  • Accuracy and Analytical Skills
