Account Manager

We are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our growing Debt Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to manage existing clients and highlight new product solutions by understanding your clients requirements to drive new revenue. Working in a fast expanding market, reporting to the Head of Client Development , you will quickly build close relationships with a patch of existing clients, understand our offerings and identify suitable opportunities to grow revenue within these accounts.

What you’ll do 

  • Identify and qualify new opportunities through with your current clients

  • Deliver client presentations and demos on our market leading Debt Services solutions 

  • Negotiate and close new contracts with clients

  • Manage sales pipeline and forecasting 

  • Quickly understand our business and product offerings against clients requirements 

What experience you need 

  • Strong B2B account management sales experience in software or data; preferably in debt/financial services

  • Intermediate experience and proven record of exceeding / meeting revenue targets

  • Good experience of capturing clients’ objectives and requirements in order to  develop strong relationships

  • Good experience of adapting and understanding a wide range of growing products and services
