Sales Enablement and Commercial Services Leader

This is a highly visible leadership position in the Employer Services business reporting to the Leader of Strategy & Execution, Employer Services.  The Sales Enablement and Commercial Services Leader leads the Tactical Deal Pricing, Contract Negotiation, Contract Operations and Billing Support teams for the Employer Services organization.  The Sales Enablement and Commercial Services Leader will have a passion for driving revenue, innovation and establishing efficient processes amongst teams.    

Tactical Deal Pricing:

  • Lead team in the development and implementation of pricing strategies across multiple product lines to optimize revenue 

  • Oversee the development of pricing models for new product offerings, aligned to value propositions and competitive landscape

  • Lead tactical deal pricing and execution for large and complex contracts

  • Provide support to Marketing and Sales teams on pricing strategies and value-based pricing that support go-to-market plans

  • Identify, validate and quantify pricing improvement opportunities

  • Provide pricing thought-leadership and establish pricing best practices 

  • Establish pricing governance to ensure speed to revenue and optimal decision making 

Contract Negotiations:

  • Lead team of professional negotiators responsible for strategy and execution of contract negotiations for the largest and most complex Employer Services commercial relationships

  • Provide negotiation leadership to ensure value based pricing is realized

  • Leverage and lead cross functional teams (Sales, Pricing, Legal, Security, Operations, Technology, etc.) to develop tactical, deal specific strategies to optimize revenue

  • Create a culture of passionate client advocates who are subject matter experts on the business and client needs

Contract Operations and Billing Support:

  • Oversee team responsible for contract submissions and related Salesforce data integrity

  • Establish process and governance to ensure successful completion and timely execution of contracts

  • Manage and maintain client loyalty programs

  • Manage team responsible for billing support for Employer Services products 

What experience you need

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred

  • 15 years of B2B experience in Sales, Strategy, Product Management, Finance and/or Sales Enablement

  • Minimum 7 years team management experience

  • Demonstrated path of increasing leadership responsibilities in a B2B organization

  • Proficient in activating B2B value-based pricing strategies

  • Experience structuring large contracts and leading complex B2B negotiations
